Albert was one of nine children born to Willie and Azalia Dixon. Seven siblings preceded him in death with 2 remaining brothers Willie and John Dixon.
Owner of Total Bus Care Inc. established in 1985 and incorporated in 1998 with wife, Katrina M. Dixon.
Albert had two sons with wife Bertha Dixon, Armand Elliott and Albert Earl Jr. (who preceded him in death). Upon marrying Katrina he gained a daughter, Doncella Patrice, mother of KiAna and Davion, his “as they would say” favorite grandchildren”. He also leaves to cherish a host of family members.
