It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Annette Taylor, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, who departed this life on July 12, 2026, at the age of 93. Annette was born on April 30, 1933, in Boligee, Alabama, and spent her adult years in Detroit, Michigan, where she became a cherished member of her community.

Annette dedicated her professional life to the automotive industry, proudly contributing to the legacy of General Motors. Her commitment and strong work ethic reflected the values she instilled in her family.

Annette was the loving mother and is survived by her daughters, Rosalyn Taylor and Patricia Cobb, and her son, Zachary Taylor, who will forever honor her memory. Annette's warmth, strength, and unwavering love made a profound impact on the lives of those around her, and she will be dearly missed.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during a public viewing at the James H. Cole Home for Funerals - Northwest Chapel on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A family hour will take place at the Dexter Avenue Baptist Church on Thursday, July 23rd, followed by the funeral service at 11:00 AM.

Annette will be laid to rest at Great Lakes National Cemetery. Her legacy of love will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
