Bobbie Kay Thompson

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Bobbie Kay Thompson, aged 92, who departed this life on November 30, 2025. Born on February 15, 1933, in Hamtramck, Michigan, Bobbie dedicated her life to public service, working with unwavering commitment at TACOM as a valued member of the U.S. Government.

Bobbie was a beloved aunt, cherished in the hearts of her family. She will be remembered not only for her dedication to her career but also for the boundless love and kindness she extended to her family and friends.

The family invites all who knew and loved Bobbie to pay their respects at a public viewing scheduled for Friday, December 5, 2025, from 3:00pm - 7:00pm at James H. Cole Home for Funerals - Northwest Chapel. A funeral service honoring her life will follow on Saturday, December 6th, at 11:00am. Prior to the service, a family hour will take place at 10:30am, allowing for shared memories and reflections among loved ones.

Bobbie will be laid to rest on December 6, 2025, at Westlawn Cemetery in Wayne, MI. Her legacy of love and service will forever remain in the hearts of those she touched, and she will be profoundly missed by all who knew her.
