She was a blessing and a great advocate for the museum. Loved speaking with her and hearing some of her stories. A beautiful angel that will be missed.

Our loss is heaven’s gain. Mrs. Vinson’s friendship was a blessing to me and my late mother for decades. She was gracious, energetic, creative, stylish and kind. She was an outspoken yet thoughtful leader as well as an emphatic and considerate listener. She was a pillar of Vernon Chapel AME, always so generous with her multiple talents. We will go on but we will miss her vibrant presence. May God comfort her family and all who love her as we adjust to her absence in this world.

I'd like to thank the family for sharing such a beautiful and uplifting person. I was trained by Mrs Vinson to work at the museum. During that time I learned so much and enjoyed every moment with her. She will be missed. I was once told that God likes to take the "good ones too" he has call one of his best home. Prayers to the family.

You are in my thoughts and prayers! One of the sweetest women I had the pleasure of working with at the WRIGHT Museum

I'm sending my deepest condolences to her family. My prayers are with you during this time. Her legacy will live on forever. Love, Kelly Miner (A Charles Wright Museum Employee & The Late Professor Kenith Miner's Daughter, former musician and choir director at Vernon Chapel A.M.E.)

Mrs. Brunetta Vinson always had a beautiful smile and kind words of encouragement. We were able to share one of our proudest moments together when we completed our first full marathon (26.2 miles) in Arizona. She always encouraged me to travel the world, and I will be praying for her and her family as I travel to the Holy Land this week. She will truly be missed.

Mrs. Brunetta Vinson had a beautiful soul and spirit. She always had a smile and a kind word for all she met. Community service and h er church were her passions. Thankfully she is no longer suffering but is at peace in heaven. Rest well my dear friend.
