It is with both heavy hearts and joyful memories that we celebrate the life of Candis Elaine Patterson, who was born on December 27, 1982, in Detroit, MI. Candis transitioned from this world on April 13, 2026, leaving a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished moments that will continue to resonate in the hearts of all who knew her.

She was a devoted mother to her beloved children. Her pride for her children was evident to everyone who had the pleasure of hearing her share stories about them.

Candis embraced life in a way that inspired those around her, and her vivacious personality will be greatly missed.

In honoring Candis's life, we invite family and friends to gather and celebrate her remarkable journey. There will be a public viewing at the James H. Cole Home for Funerals - Northwest Chapel on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, from 2:00pm - 6:00pm, followed by a family hour on Thursday, April 30th, at 12:30 PM. This will lead into a heartfelt funeral service to be held at 1:00pm.
