It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of David Adams Jr., a beloved husband, father, and esteemed member of his community, who departed this life on December 9, 2025, at the age of 87. David was born on January 10, 1938, in Arcola, Mississippi.

David dedicated his professional life to serving the United States government as a Human Resources Manager for the United States Postal Service. His career was marked by a deep commitment to public service and a passion for helping others, qualities that endeared him to his colleagues and the community at large.

David was a devoted family man, survived by his loving wife and children. His legacy will live on in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know him.

In honor of David's remarkable life, a public viewing will be held at the James H. Cole Home for Funerals - Blvd. Chapel on Thursday, December 18, 2025, from 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM. A funeral service will be held to celebrate his life the following day, Friday, December 19th at 1:00 PM with a Family Hour starting at 12:30 PM at the funeral home.

David will be laid to rest following the funeral service at Mt. Hope Memorial Gardens in Livonia, MI.
