Delinda Rice, a beloved mother, compassionate caregiver, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on August 21, 2025, at the age of 68. Born on April 10, 1957, in Detroit, Michigan, Delinda was a lifelong resident of the community she loved so dearly. She is survived by her devoted sons who carry forward her legacy of love and kindness.

Delinda's journey was marked by a profound commitment to caring for others. Her nurturing spirit brought comfort and joy to those in need. Her unwavering kindness and selflessness left an indelible mark on the lives of all she touched.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate Delinda's life during a Family Hour at the James H. Cole Home for Funerals - Northwest Chapel on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 3:00 PM, followed by a Funeral Service at 3:30 PM. Prior to this, there will be a Public Viewing at the same location on Sunday, September 7th, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, providing loved ones an opportunity to pay their respects and honor her memory.
