Born on January 18, 1933, in Little Rock, Arkansas, Emma spent her life dedicated to the service of others, particularly in the field of education. She earned her Master's Degree and devoted her career to teaching, shaping the minds of countless students in her community.

Emma was more than just a teacher; she was a guiding light, a mentor, and a source of inspiration for all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her warmth, wisdom, and unwavering commitment to the growth of her students left an indelible mark on the lives she touched. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Emma's extraordinary life. A public viewing will be held at the James H. Cole Home for Funerals - Northwest Chapel on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, from 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM. The funeral service will take place at the funeral home Wednesday, December 3rd, at 11:00 AM, following a family hour at 10:30 AM. Emma will be laid to rest following the service at United Memorial Gardens in Superior Twp, MI.
