Emma Lee Woodard

June 7, 1938 — November 23, 2021

Mrs. Woodard started her life in Russelville Ala. Raised in River Rouge Mi, daughter of Evelyn Nash and Connie D. Burgess and beloved stepdaughter of Melvin Jones, who all preceeded her in death.



She was the mother of six children. Pat Burgess, Elvera Evans(deceased), Renay Woodard, Reginald Woodard, Dwane Woodard(deceased), Latoyia Woodard.
Latoyia was very close to her in the final years.



Ms. Woodard was a grandmother of fifthteen. Joyia Burgess, Kimberly Burgess, Felicia Burgess, Lisa Burgess, Emmett Byron Evans, Treney Evans, Tiffany Evans, Dwane Woodard, Lonnie Woodard, and Constance Woodard(deceased), Antonio Woodard, Shenita Woodard, Natasha Woodard, Reggie Woodard, and a host of great grandchildren to many to name and a host of friends to many to count, but she loved them all. Revelation 21:3,4
