It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Felicia Renee Jackson, a beloved mother, sister, and friend, who left us on April 4, 2026, at the age of 58. Born on May 6, 1967, in Detroit, Michigan, Felicia's warm spirit and nurturing nature touched the lives of many throughout her journey.

Felicia dedicated her career to nurturing young minds as a food preparer for the Detroit Public Schools. Her contributions to the educational environment will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege to work alongside her. She was known for her incredible dedication and unwavering support of her community, always with a smile on her face and kindness in her heart.

Felicia is survived by her loving family who will carry with them a piece of her vibrant spirit and the values she instilled in them.

A public viewing will take place at James H. Cole Home for Funerals - Northwest Chapel on Friday, April 17, 2026, at 4:00 PM, where friends and family are invited to pay their respects. The family will gather for a family hour at the funeral home on Saturday, April 18th, beginning at 12:30 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM. Felicia will be laid to rest later that day at Detroit Memorial Park West in Redford, MI.
