Rita France was born October 1, 1953 in Highland Park, Michigan to Charles & Otha Dickens. She is preceded in death by her father, her daughter Mahreenee Gosa, and her brother Dwain Dickens.
Rita accepted Christ at an early age. She loved the Lord and believe He was her source and strength.
Rita graduated from Mackenzie High School in 1971. She was a nursing assistant for a number of years before retiring due to her disability.
She married her childhood sweetheart, Carlos Gosa, which ended in divorce. She was joined in holy matrimony to Arthur France in September 2000 before his untimely death in 2014.
Rita departed this life on January 31, 2018 in Detroit, Michigan. She leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Otha Fuller, her brother, Damon Dickens (Thenis), her sister Felicia Shaw (Maurice) and other family and friends.
