It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Franklin Kinsey Jr., who departed this life on January 29, 2026, at the age of 65. Born on July 14, 1960, in Buffalo, NY, Franklin was a beloved member of his community and a dedicated auto salesman.

Franklin pursued his education at trade school, where he honed his skills and developed a passion for automobiles that would define his professional life. He was known for his exceptional work ethic, always going above and beyond to serve his clients with honesty and integrity.

Franklin is survived by his devoted mother cherished siblings. He will be remembered for his warmth, kindness, and unwavering support to his family and friends.

To honor Franklin's life and legacy, public viewing will take place at the James H. Cole Home for Funerals - Northwest Chapel on Thursday, February 12, 2026. Services will take place at the New Jerusalem Temple Missionary Baptist Church on Friday, February 13th, with the family hour starting at 10:00 AM, leading into a funeral service at 11:00 AM.

Burial will occur at Mt. Hope Memorial Gardens in Livonia, MI.
