Herbert Alexander
July 21, 1959 — November 12, 2021
Herbert Alexander was born July 21,1959 in Detroit Michigan the youngest of 7 siblings born to Anderson and Tommy Lee Alexander. He joined the coast guard after high school graduation but was hurt and discharged early as a disabled veteran. With the help of VA funding he earned a bachelor’s of science degree in Accounting from Wayne State University in May of 1991. He went on to become the Broker/Owner of Ritz Realty in Detroit MI were he played an active role in the redevelopment of the city.
Herbert died of a heart attack November 12, 2021 he is survived by his son Lieutenant
Brandon Pettway, three daughters Dr. LeQuishia Alexander(Dr. Dayne Sherrel), Dr. Adrian Jefferson, Dr Candance Jefferson, and a host of other family and friends.
