Jean Ann Street

Jean Ann Street was the first born to Eddie and Imogene Street on May 19, 1949. They were so thrilled to welcome Jean after many years of trying to have children. Jean graduated from Northern High School in Detroit, Michigan in 1968. She furthered her education at Highland Park Community College. She held several jobs until she found the right match at Blue Cross Blue Shield. She excelled there and worked 40 years until retirement in 2021. She was a faithful employee and enjoyed her career with Blue Cross Blue Shield. 

Jean was a wonderful sister and friend to so many. She was a giver and found opportunities to spread joy especially to her nieces and nephews who affectionately called her "Aunt Jean". Her hobbies were knitting, crocheting, and sewing. She loved making blankets and scarves as gifts to give away. She will be missed by many! 

Jean is survived by one brother, Hugh Street and one sister Mary A. (Matthew) Scott. she will be fondly remembered by a host of many nieces nephews, cousins and friends, especially those who helped so Faithfully... Bilgis, Beverly, Ken (Duke) and other supportive Blue Cross Blue Shield friends.
