It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Rhoda Marie Merrell - Proctor, a beloved wife, mother, and esteemed member of our community, who departed this life on January 10, 2026, at the age of 75. Rhoda was born on July 18, 1950, in Detroit, Michigan.

Rhoda dedicated her career to excellence in the banking industry, where her expertise and commitment to service made a lasting impact on her colleagues and clients alike. Her vibrant spirit and unwavering determination served as an inspiration to all who knew her.

Rhoda's family was at the core of her life, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Friends and family will gather to celebrate Rhoda's life during the following services. A Family Hour will take place on Saturday, January 24, 2026, beginning at 8:30 AM, followed by a Funeral Service at 9:00 AM, at the James H. Cole Home for Funerals - Northwest Chapel. A Public Viewing will be held the day prior, on Friday, January 23rd from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, also at the James H. Cole Home for Funerals - Northwest Chapel.
