Glenn Scott
How would we describe this man who touched so many of us?
Love
He loved his family and his friends. He loved company and always wanted them to be comfortable. He loved to cook and try new things. He loved all his dogs past and present and was so happy to welcome Tally 2 into his life. He loved his wife and told people often. Most of all he loved life and had a powerful faith.
Strength
He faced each challenge with resolve and hope. He bounced back from discouragement, disappointment and pain. He encouraged us to play whether it was cards, golf, or lottery.
Joy
He took such joy from the simple things in life, a tasty snack, locating a hard to find spice to cook with. He appreciated the fun things, sunny Florida, a shiny new car. His excitement was contagious.
He loved to laugh and see us laugh, whether it was at a silly show on tv or with each other.
As we mourn his loss, let us also remember Glenn for all of the faith, strength and joy he has shown to us, and work to emulate it in our own lives.
