Robert Eugene Brown Jr., affectionately known as "Junior" by his family, was born on February 24, 1952, to Robert Eugene Brown Sr. and Lillie Juanita Brown. Three children were born to this union: Llana Hall, Carolyn Brown, and Robert, who was the youngest. He was preceded in death by his sister, Carolyn Brown.
